Donation refund policy

Eligible review

• A verified duplicate contribution
• An incorrect amount caused by a processing error
• Unauthorized use reported promptly by the account holder
• Another documented exceptional circumstance

How to request review

Email us as soon as possible with the date, amount, processor and transaction reference. Do not send full card or bank numbers. Requests involving PayPal or GoFundMe may also be subject to that processor’s rules and timelines.

Decision

Seeds of Love reviews each request based on available records, legal obligations and whether funds have already been committed or distributed for the stated charitable purpose. A request does not guarantee a refund.
